Board Game Arena

What is happening when it shows 1 player as waiting to accept? I can’t understand why some players would have the option to accept or cancel, while others do not. I’ve never seen an option to cancel in arena, once all players are matched & the countdown to game start begins.

I’ve noticed lately that sometimes there is an accept game start option & sometimes there isn’t. It varies within the same game. Does anyone know what that’s about?
I agree that the option should always be present. I prefer not to play with players who have a poor karma rating.

It’s not disrespectful, not always anyway. I concede games like backgammon when I’ve obviously lost to avoid going through the motions of clearing each disc from the board. It takes forever & feels unnecessary. Honestly, conceding is a courtesy to my opponent. There are always different perspect...
