Unable to claim enclosure

Hi - I am not being allowed to put a Mandrill into a 5 enclosure. All the conditions are met. The Animal card (Side 1) was boosted from 5 to 8 with X-tokens to allow 2 animal to be played but I'm not alowed to claim the enclosure. Am I missing something or there a bug here? Anyone else had this prob...
