Unable to claim enclosure

Hi - I am not being allowed to put a Mandrill into a 5 enclosure. All the conditions are met. The Animal card (Side 1) was boosted from 5 to 8 with X-tokens to allow 2 animal to be played but I'm not alowed to claim the enclosure. Am I missing something or there a bug here? Anyone else had this problem? Thanks

Which turn? Was it your last turn? If it was your last turn did you try playing it before or after you played Moose.

Assuming you are talking about your final turn in your last match (#622683017), the issue is insufficient money. You play the Tortoise as your first animal, unfortunately skip past its Sunbathing ability, and don't have enough money left to afford the Mandrill as your second animal.

Why would you need to boost animals from 5 to 8 to play 2? Animals on 5 already plays 2. Boosting it higher doesn't even allow you to play 3 or more animals, even if all other conditions are met and you have the money and the free space. Very confusing.
