Board Game Arena

When I move I am occasionally seeing a checkbox that mentions Noble Negotiation. I can’t find this in the rulebook or on any cards in play. Can someone explain what this means?

I’ve now had multiple games where Player A plays a fate, and Player B turns Player C’s number line up or down while trying to deduce the guess. The fact that it happened multiple times at first had me thinking this was a bug but I suppose it could also be player laziness. So I guess I’m posting this...

I’m on my fifth straight game as Saxony, all of which were randomly assigned factions.

Well, I somehow missed the 12th, so I have no hope of getting the 20 in a row now.
