After the changes, in the tournament with playing hours, the time per player is no longer reduced, so the tournament ends up lasting twice as long.

In last turn https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=542703042 my opponent drew plot objective, which was already fulfilled and just scored 4 points. Is it allowed in 2nd edition? I was pretty sure it was forbidden in second edition.
