Thanks for your reply. The player who was dropped is a family member so it's confirmed that they didn't withdraw... unless they did hit a wrong button. When one is withdrawing from a tourney, are they asked to confirm that choice? Or hitting the 'Withdraw from the tournament' button immediately does...
