Player disappeared from the participants list

In the tourney I'm hosting (Codex Naturalis: Deciphering the Codes of Nature, Swiss system) one of the players seems to have disappeared from the list of participants. There were 64 registered players and now it's showing 63! That player confirmed that they didn't unregister from the tourney... If that wasn't weird enough, another player got one point (from 'skipped') right at the beginning of the tourney, even before any of the games commenced... So that player now has an unfair advantage: a free win without playing any match... Has anyone encountered similar issues when running a tourney? That's the first tourney I'm organising so not sure how to handle that. Should I report it as a bug? The tourney is kinda ruined anyway...

Its hardly ruined. 1 player got a bye. This happens all the time in tournaments. However the issue described is wierd. I would imagine the player did withdraw or hit wrong button but doesn't want to admit it

Thanks for your reply. The player who was dropped is a family member so it's confirmed that they didn't withdraw... unless they did hit a wrong button. When one is withdrawing from a tourney, are they asked to confirm that choice? Or hitting the 'Withdraw from the tournament' button immediately does that (I'm afraid to test it...)?

Withdraw before it starts is immediate, though you still need to press 2 buttons to re-register.
