How long does youe ELO get dinged?

I've had some internet connection issues and I did have to leave a couple games about a 1 week plus ago. I've been a good citizen since and I haven't seen my score improve. So how long does it take to get your ELO back up? Also does your ELO score effect what maps you can play on Ark Nova? Someone k...

I would also love to be able to play Five Tribes and all of the expansions on BGA. I recently introduced this game to my grown children and they live on the other side of the country. It would be great to get to play with them on here :)
