How long does youe ELO get dinged?

I've had some internet connection issues and I did have to leave a couple games about a 1 week plus ago. I've been a good citizen since and I haven't seen my score improve. So how long does it take to get your ELO back up? Also does your ELO score effect what maps you can play on Ark Nova?

Depends on your future victories (or not).
Leaving a game put you on the last position and Elo changes accordingly, the same way you finished the game at that position.

Elo does not change the map you can play on ark nova
