When I try to watch a replay of a Bang! game, if there is the option for players to choose characters, I see the menu where the player I chose for the replay chooses its character all the time. No, I don't think so, Sid is already OP. I have seen Sid go into the final duel with 1 hp and zero cards, and still win the game.

Scouting is key here. You must observe the other parks, especially in match 7, and when you see your opponent in the final uses hologram, just radically clear your deck.

Yes, I think there should be a rule, because the question whether one player stays in Tokyo or exits may well influence the other player's decision whether to stay.

I would say it's Hologram. The base strength of 4 is very weak for a pile C card, where you could get a strength 10 card instead. Furthermore, Hologram gives your opponent a free pile B card. That card may be actually stronger than the Hologram itself, since pile B goes up to strength 5.
