Visionary requires 2 endgame characters (+) and 4 lighthouses. You have 0 endgame characters and 3 lighthouses.

Borgia would give you the title if you had 1 endgame character + 4 lighthouses, or 2 endgame characters + 3 lighthouses (since he can’t reduce multiple conditions).

That matches my experience on a different game. I got to #1 from #2 by another player losing, but had to play a Friendly live match in order to get a completed match and claim the #1 achievement/badge.

I recant; I just hadn’t had a good chance to get this card set up. By campus do you mean the orange personnel/facilities cards? I’d be happy to pull up a couple of my replays for you. I’m sure I can find something. I did have one heavy fundraising game as well, but it wasn’t one of my best scores.

Two of my best scores (220+) came when I got Frugal Bag Man early. It’s fantastic at that point, and has often led to me being able to more easily get 11-12 cards out. I’ve yet to use this card in 30 games; it always feels like I have better options. I’ll try to work it in sometime and see what I can do.
