kicked out/F5 didn't work. Lost points!!

Hi, Can someone from BGA help me? I was playing table# 255701553. I played a card but nothing happened. I clicked F5 to get back in. It wouldn't work, so it kicked me out and penalized me. I had 288 points and it took me down to 252! Plus, I had actually WON the game, so it should have GIVEN me poin...
