I'm interested in learning how do red thumbs works in arena with multiple players. Red thumb prevents a player from joining a lobby created by a person who red thumbed, but does that apply to arena? If so, would it block other players who you red thumbed to arena lobbies you're in?

Bang leaderboard is a joke as all top players have 15-30 games. Due to absolute random nature of the game it's impossibe to climb normally. So I'd say it's better not no bother about your own and other players' rank and have fun
