We play with Quartered+Flayed and have unlocked everything... depending on our luck on getting the right equipment, we usually reduce the Timekeeper to a bloody pulp no later than turn 2, while getting about a dozen shields. Hi! In my solo campaign I have unlocked the first five runes.
I know that we need to wait for the release of next boss before unlocking the 7th rune, but I am not sure about the 6th (Ram horn) rune.
Has anyone unlocked it?

A few months late, but it may help other new players ... have you tried hovering on cards (long tapping on mobile)?
