Board Game Arena

I wonder if the designer played on BGW before. I feel there’s many things like Suzy not being able to immediately get a card or how the odds seems stacked when it comes to the layout of where the renegade/vice are.

I'm having a wonderful experience waiting more than 1 hour to get into a BANG! Arena game. I see the 4 icons then it resets to none.... Then again with up to 4... Then none. Wonderful great experience. Then when you're going to the restroom, it gets into the game and you lose your ELO and Karma poin...

I think I've hit a limit with just bad programming. It takes more than 40+ minutes to pair in arena mode. By the time I've actually paired, I was running out of time or the interface on Chrome/Firefox is unplayable and is stuck. Is there something the users can do about this?
