Great Experience with BANG! Arena

I'm having a wonderful experience waiting more than 1 hour to get into a BANG! Arena game. I see the 4 icons then it resets to none.... Then again with up to 4... Then none. Wonderful great experience. Then when you're going to the restroom, it gets into the game and you lose your ELO and Karma points!
