Will promo cards ever be added to the game?

There have been many promo cards released over the years (at least sixty), and some are great. Will they ever be added to the game, or is there a deliberate decision not to include them for balance reasons (though it could be an option)?

I lost quite a few points at the end of the season, probably for unfinished games, so I wanted to know how the points were calculated for unfinished games at the end of the season? I did not find anything in the FAQ...
