Arena mode: how are points calculated for unfinished games at the end of the season?

Hello,
I lost quite a few points at the end of the season, probably for unfinished games, so I wanted to know how the points were calculated for unfinished games at the end of the season? I did not find anything in the FAQ...

Shortly before end of season there was a link with an explanation how unfinished games are handled. I didn't read it this season as I expect it to be the same as before.
If I remember correctly, the decision of winner/loser is done based on the time each player used. Player with less time used will be ahead of players with more time used.
