I appreciate your replies. It does seem to affect the Arena points, which was why I posted after that particular game.

It seems unfair that if a player quits at the very end of the game, instead of completing their final move, the other players don’t gain the elo and arena points that they are due. Thanks both - it would appear I’ve been lied to I was taught the game in real life and, although I do own it, hadn’t read that part of the rules thoroughly!

As far as I know, you can reject the starting card, but I can’t figure out how to on BGA. My only options (playing on an iPad) are to click on “confirm” or click on the card, which adds it to your set.
Please help!
