Notification or email for posts in groups

I am part of a group, but I frequently miss the communication posted in the group, because I don't get any notification. Could this be added as a profile-setting (get emails once a day or so and/or notifications when somebody post something in a group where you are member of)? Thanks in advance! Kin...
