Board Game Arena

When 2nd and 3rd or 3rd and 4th (and so on) have equal amount of points at the end, how is ranking, elo and season points calculated?

I didn't see anything in the rules, only that the game goes on when 1st and 2nd have the same amount of points.

Where can I see all the players I blocked for me, so that I am not assigned to a table with them anymore?

Hi.. at the picture you see an azul board with the grey background. The top 2 rows can only be filled with red on top of each other, which would be illegal, right? How is this possible?
