Ranking and elo when draw

When 2nd and 3rd or 3rd and 4th (and so on) have equal amount of points at the end, how is ranking, elo and season points calculated?

I didn't see anything in the rules, only that the game goes on when 1st and 2nd have the same amount of points.

Multiplayer games (at least those without teams) are considered as a set of all possible 2-player matches. Each of these "matches" results in a win, lose or tie. You can see the numbers by hovering on the elo in these examples:

Poorly. Also the implementation on BGA doesn't actually extend the game to a sudden death - it just ties the game. (See rules under the game screen: "When at least one player reaches 200 points and does not bust, the game will end that round")
