I think it's just a bug from fast tabulation. If you refresh the page, "final situation" will show the same as "game results".

I was confused too because it says, "Name of tournament" when you click "Create Tournament." Type the name of the game and select it from the list, and then you'll be able to fill out the form.

They haven't added solo option to several games that have rules for it, but maybe if there's enough demand they will...
