TF complete warning

I like that the interface is continuing to get little improvements, but I do not like that the "Terraforming is Complete!" warning banner is red and cannot be X-ed, like, for example, the warning after the second winter card in Forest Shuffle. I would prefer the banner to be blue like the final round banner in Azul, so it's not an irritating, alarm-like notification.
