It has been discussed lot of times. The option of turning markers back was added to let players avoid very bad luck. As unintended consequence it allowed a new way of playing, that is liked by some and very disliked by others. Most of the best players turn back markers heavily.

There are a few cases were you cannot suggest to a player that appears as suggest-able on the list: - when you've suggested to the player, he disappeared from the list and then came back. - when the player got offline. There is right now a lot of 6 nimmt tables marked as "two players", "first game on bga" created by new users (member since 03/21/2015) and from Taiwan.

It looks like somebody is testing some sort of bot.
