Just finished my first game with one other player, and we managed a victory. Barely, because the last roll for destroying the Ring was lose 4 Hope which was just enough to hit the bottom of the track, but I had one Friendship card left in hand to negate one of them. Did you perform "Single Plot" or "Plots and Deeds"? If Single Plot, you only get to do the action in one location. By hiring the henchmen in the submissive parish, that would be all you could do. If Plots and Deeds, did your henchmen outnumber Merry Men? I believe you have to out...
