Reporting bots and smurf accounts, even with proof, rarely results in a ban or suspension. Or it takes ages. So you will run against those often enough again.

It would still be beneficial to provide that option. No one is forced to choose superfast if this person doesn't want to play below that average timer. But for those that would rather finish more games in the same time it would be helpful.
