Add details to a moderation

Would it be possible to add context to a moderation?
Maybe I just didn't find it, but in the report link are no further details.

I received a moderation and I could contest it, but without even knowing what actually happened it's hard to argue. And even worse, you are forced to acknowledge that you understand what happened. Fine, but why don't show me what happened and lead to that decision?
Especially if you would even increase the penalty if I contest it.
