I am surprised Nordic is getting so many votes. Yes, it is known as a fantastic smaller TTR for 2-3 players, and it has been recommended online for years due to being a good standalone game for 2-3 player count that doesn't require buying a base game. Apparently gen42 has made the Tournament Opening Rule official with the launch of Hive Ultimate earlier this year.
