Propaganda Panda once said that in one of his first games, in the last turn of his game, his opponent went over time and he left it because it was the last turn of the game. Been in too many games where other people in the game are also "over-time". You think there's a mutual agreement to keep playing so you play on. But right on the cusp of winning, they kick you a second after they end their own turn. Yes I know about slower games and time jokers. Still does...
