How does it work?
I thought that it triggers when a player get to at least 40 points AND THEN the other player gets one more turn.
But from what I have seen so far the other player mostly doesn't get to play again

How are you getting kicked out while playing? I had games against players who waited each time to get to 0 before making a move and I couldn't kick them out because of 20 sec waiting timer. It is one of the reasons I olay turn based now. You are just too slow, or overanalyzing. Late game you should ...

Am I missing something? In 4th round during the production of yellow cubes, red player places 5 white cubes on finishes building a card. He has 0 red cubes at that moment.
