Board Game Arena

I'm a premium member and have set my preferred color to white. Can someone please explain why I'm not assigned white in games that no other player is (vast majority if not all)? I verified Wingspan is a supported game so I don't get it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to go straight to a list of your games in progress? I've looked this site over and haven't been able to find it. I have to enter and exit all my in progress games in hopes of finding a particular game. And it won't even be on the list unless it's my turn. There has to be a better way....
