Thanks for the replies. I wasn't aware that quiting hurts your ELO more than if you concede.

Another thing, if a player concedes, the game doesn't count for ELO? why? thank you. I just had 3 player game and I won. One player quit 3 or 4 turns from the end and the game didn't count.
