Voting and repressed tokens (bug?)

I thought that when you vote, you have to pay 1 florin per each repressed token. I used a france card (no repressed tokens in france) to do a vote in England in which I had pawns on both sides of the border but England had 1 repressed pawn and 1 repressed rook. Wasn't I supposed to pay 2 florins for...

Win statistics

Can the dev implement a tracker for what win condition was fulfilled? Think it would be interesting over time to see which conditions are more common and which are rarer.
