Voting and repressed tokens (bug?)

Post by CPlesh »

I thought that when you vote, you have to pay 1 florin per each repressed token.

I used a france card (no repressed tokens in france) to do a vote in England in which I had pawns on both sides of the border but England had 1 repressed pawn and 1 repressed rook. Wasn't I supposed to pay 2 florins for that?

Edit: I am asking for clarification, if it is indeed a bug I will then report it.

Yes, you have to pay one florin per in the location of the vote (not the card -- the Vote op is by East/West (as you know)).

I don't think there's any card Ability that changes that.

Oh wow good catch. I totally missed that I did play the card reducing the cost. Thanks for pointing it out.
