Agreed. And with 4 players able to hatedraft, playing the PanAfrican Union is more often than not just pure suffering. Or not hatedraft, relative to other factions there's only a small handful of cards that they are reliant on and if they don't appear, they are often just straight out of the game.

It almost trivializes income, it makes certain sponsor cards (e.g. science library, hydrologist, geologist, explorer) incredibly strong. It's incredibly frustrating to play against...
