Is there any prospect that a deal might ever be done to bring Dominion to BGA? I'd happily pay a supplement to the BGA membership fee to play it here.

Is Large Convoy a candidate? If you have Fish, Birds, Livestock, or Predators, it's worth 7 VP directly, plus 2 cards and whatever placement bonus the ocean tile gives you, for a very reasonable 36 MC and no requirements. Personally I wouldn't ban it but it's certainly a card bordering on being over...

I have great sympathy for the OP, and hope that the OP finds a comfortable speed of play. However, if anything, the game lacks an adequately fast mode. We've all been in a 'fast' 'real time' game where we have to wait a minute every turn for players who (I'm sure the OP isn't one of these) evidently...

I'm sure this is just me not understanding a game mechanic, but on my final screen I have 48 vps to mfairchi's 43. No one used the instant win card or the lose vp card.
