Lost reputation because site wasn't responding

I started a game of Splendor this morning and on my second move, the system wouldn't respond. By the time it let me back in, my opponent had rightfully expelled me because they had no idea what happened to me. But I took a double reputation hit because of time and the expulsion. I'm a pretty new use...
