Lost reputation because site wasn't responding

I started a game of Splendor this morning and on my second move, the system wouldn't respond. By the time it let me back in, my opponent had rightfully expelled me because they had no idea what happened to me. But I took a double reputation hit because of time and the expulsion.
I'm a pretty new user, so this has probably been handled before but I can't find it.

Hi,
While you are above 60%/70% reputation nothing bad happen to you, you can still join any game. That correspond to leave twice in a row.
If you finish 10/20 games without being out of time, your reputation will be at max again.

You only took a reputation loss due to the expulsion. The time "penalty" is only a note in your reputation tab, no consequence at all and it will naturally disappear in 60 days.
