yea when they set up the turnament they pick a time lenght of either minute/hours for real time or days to label it as a turn base, if its turnbased they can select 12 hour window as the playing window and then the play time durning those days is devided by how many players should be in the match to...

this should be possible if for no other reason than to let you use those cards in tournaments without having 90% of games running out of time because they are trying to do 4 races with 2 days thinking time each
