The FAQ doesn't specifically address cooperative games but is there any indications on how many wins at a game you need to the next rank. Apprentice Average, Good, Strong?

There is actually an objective way to measure luck, just look at the winning scores in a season of Arena. There are other games that have this. I believe small world does as well. I know there are others but im blanking.

Yeah but it adds some amount of suspense. Otherwise someone who lucked into a great start and is up 30 just won the game. The other rounds being windowdressing basically
