Reputation does not increase

Hi! My rep. is blocked at 60% since some weeks (before I had 92%), altough I never quit a game and never exceeded time. Unfortunately my rep. does not increase, altough I finished lots of games since the drop down. It is still at 60%. Can anyone help me please? Is there something wrong with my accou...

Hi, my rep. is also set to 60% altough I always play fast and never skipped a game. So I wonder why. How can we get back our good rep? Mine was 92%. I also finished games since then, but my rep. does not raise, it is still 60% :(
