blocked reputation?

I have a question about the reputation system.

I think my reputation is blocked to 60% because I received some red thumb.

1.Is there the possibility to see who gave me red thumb and how many red thumbs I have?

2.Do I need to ask to other players green thumb every time I play with them to increase my reputation?

Hi, my rep. is also set to 60% altough I always play fast and never skipped a game. So I wonder why. How can we get back our good rep? Mine was 92%. I also finished games since then, but my rep. does not raise, it is still 60%

Because some years ago I left some games due to some problems of connection

Same problem here.

Moreover, when you fall under 60% you can't open report so you can get to collect red thumbs from very bad players and you're not even able to open a report on it.

No way to get out of that lock.
