So if there is a pile of one domino next to a pile of two domino's on the board you can not place your domino over parts of these 2 domino's. Maybe you can add that to the tutor...

To me it looks like the pier indicated by the blue arrow is broken / demolished. Can anyone confirm that this is just a graphical mistake that has no impact on the game? Can I trade 3:1 if I build a village at the end of the blue arrow?
