Posting this here because whenever I fill the form out for a bug (as directed in the error message below), the bug submit button hangs and times out.

Couple hours back started getting failures opening am ongoing Zombicide game.
Game gets stuck at "opening the box" then redirects to an error page.

Here's the error message- it happens both on my Win11 machine and my Android phone for this game.

You may also try to switch to another language (English) as it may solve the issue.

Finally, if none of these work, please do the following: press F12, click on "Network" on the new panel, press F5, take a screenshot, and report a bug.

I do see HTTP 522 from Cloudflare when hitting these URLs in the browser devtools:

Friend of mine in another part of DFW is also seeing problems - same issues as me with the game.

Is it still happening? I tried opening a table and it seems fine, so it might have been a temporary Cloudflare outage if it works now.

yep still happening - and my buddy just tried to create a new zombicide table and couldn't. I'm also getting random red banners popping at the top of the BGA site that will say 504 Bad Gateway, even as I type this. Currently playing another, different game (Dead Cells) and it seems to be working fine.

Same. My custom avatar turned into a yellow circle, and I get http error 504 when I tried to upload a new one. Also seeing the 504 red banners.

It's some server-side thing, they'll fix it.

I still see a lot of reports in the general chat. The issue doesn't seem to be related to specific games, because players report in that chat that Forest Shuffle, Harmonies and Wingspan games are not working but those do work for me. Ticket To Ride (all variants), Popcorn, Pixies, Pondscape and Castle Combo do not work for me though.

Still an issue, I have a board that we tried to start a couple of hours back but none of us could join - still stuck on opening box after refresh attempts at various times over the last couple of hours, and same behaviour in a separate browser (not logged in). I also noticed a 522 error in the console:

The "Number of moves played / mn" tab of the Server Status page is blank. Could just be a display error, but something is definitely off. I've been getting spurious 504 errors just navigating around the forums.

This is bad timing, it being in the middle the night CET.

Having same issue, keep getting 'http 504' error code but can't log in to account in other devices, games hanging, can't join new games
