How do I create the settings for a MEGA game?

When choosing the settings to start a TTR game, it always comes up with the regular USA game, and I'd prefer to play the Mega game. sending a screenshot of the settings choices for 1910 expansion mode - I'm confused about the first one - " I prefer to play with.. "disabled?? Any suggestios...

ON the Days of Wonder site you could put "no blocking" in the game title and that worked well. I'm sad so many people on this forum are critical of this question. I also prefer to play with no-blockers and NO I don't mean crying if the other player legit needs the route - that's fair. But ...
