Slower than Slow in Tobago

Can we please get the "slow" times increased in Tobago? I own the tabletop version, I play regularly, and yet still manage to time out in games where I barely take time to think. If I don't want to get timeout penalties piling up in my reputation then apparently the only way to play the on...

Maybe we should take a hint from BoardGameGeek and get rid of the thumbs-down and just keep the thumbs-up. No negative feedback. Or maybe only be able to thumb-down when a person times out a game. For rude behavior, reporting them should be enough.
