Once again requesting a swift resolution to this unresolved issue. I am feeling incredibly disheartened by the lack of an official announcement for two months now regarding when players can expect a resolution to this ongoing issue.

I have not cancelled an existing premium subscription, but I had been strongly considering purchasing one prior to the update.
