Game progress should be fixed to the number of suspect cards remaining and not related to the tokens on the board.

Hover text would be very useful; the icons are difficult to decipher, and I wish that there were some way to make it easier. Thank you! Some of the cards mention "partner zoos" where are they located on the board? How do I know what partner zoos I can get, and how can I get a partner zoo if I don't have one already?

Every time I want to play a card as follows: You must play one card from hand or within reputation range (1/2) I can't see any cards that I can play.
