I'm esstially soft locked out of playing any games (in turn-based mode) because it thinks I am taking too long to play the specific game. I don't play live, so bascially can't play anything.

How do I quit a crashed game without getting penalized for it? My rating shouldn't go down because a game crashed. It is also keeping me from playing other turn-based games because it thinks I am "late" to the game. I've submitted a bug report and have also waited about a week. What is the...
